Cavalera — Graspop Metal Meeting, Dessel, 2026

Filmed concert of Cavalera at Graspop Metal Meeting 2026 in Dessel, Belgium (the 18–21 June 2026 edition). Led by brothers Max and Igor Cavalera, founders of Sepultura, the band revisits on stage the brutal, tribal heritage of Brazilian metal that built its legend. The live set rolls out a setlist carved from early thrash and groove metal, driven by Max Cavalera’s ragged vocals and Igor’s instantly recognisable drumming. In front of a crowd of seasoned festival-goers, the capture conveys the sonic power, cutting riffs and physical energy of one of extreme metal’s biggest names. Graspop, a landmark date on the European scene, offers a fitting setting for the performance. This full concert video documents an anticipated set from the Cavalera brothers’ tour, balancing avowed nostalgia with undimmed intensity. Worth discovering to gauge the reach of a repertoire that became foundational, and for the fraternal chemistry running through every track. A filmed live concert representative of the state of metal in 2026.
