At HIVE Festival 2026, in the area dubbed “Techno Castle,” Dutch artist Angerfist — a historic figure of hardcore and hard techno — shares the decks with Vieze Asbak for a back-to-back set. This filmed DJ set captures the raw energy of a format in which the two artists trade and one-up each other, pushing the tempos and saturated kicks characteristic of the Dutch hard scene. For over ninety minutes, the duo chains hammered percussion, aggressive builds and relentless drops before a frenzied crowd. The nocturnal, intense live capture conveys the sonic and visual density of a “hard” scene that extends techno’s history toward its most extreme margins.
