On 31 July 2026, British duo Basement Jaxx made their Boiler Room debut at Burgess Park in south London for an energy-packed filmed set. Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe, major figures of British house since the late 1990s with hits like Where’s Your Head At and Red Alert, unfurl their colourful, festive house, steeped in funk, disco and Latin influences. This live set embodies the Boiler Room spirit, the institution of the filmed DJ set where the artist plays in the heart of a dense crowd, camera at dancer height. Before a London audience in the summer open air, the duo strings together classics and club selections in a supercharged atmosphere. The capture conveys the closeness and raw energy specific to the format. This filmed live concert confirms Basement Jaxx’s stage longevity, more than twenty-five years after their beginnings. A prime document for fans of house, electro and Boiler Room filmed sets, recorded in London in 2026.
