Coldplay — Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad, 2025

On January 26, 2025, Coldplay delivered one of the biggest shows of their career in Ahmedabad, India, at the Narendra Modi Stadium, the largest cricket ground in the world. This filmed full concert is part of the Music of the Spheres World Tour and coincided with India’s Republic Day. The British band — Chris Martin on vocals and piano, Jonny Buckland on guitar, Guy Berryman on bass and Will Champion on drums — played a set of more than two hours mixing anthems and recent material. The setlist ran through ‘Higher Power,’ ‘Adventure of a Lifetime,’ ‘Paradise,’ ‘The Scientist,’ ‘Viva la Vida,’ ‘Hymn for the Weekend,’ ‘Yellow,’ ‘Clocks,’ ‘Something Just Like This,’ ‘My Universe,’ ‘A Sky Full of Stars’ and ‘Fix You,’ complete with glowing Xyloband wristbands, lasers and fireworks. A ‘Vande Mataram’ moment honored the national holiday. Filmed live in Ahmedabad in 2025, this document captures the scale of a stadium spectacle built for tens of thousands of fans and confirms Indian audiences’ deep connection with Coldplay, within a lavish visual production true to the Music of the Spheres tour.
