Folamour — Saint-Pierre Cathedral, Geneva (Cercle), 2023

A live DJ set filmed by Cercle, in partnership with W Hotels, in Saint-Pierre Cathedral in the heart of Geneva’s old town, Switzerland, in 2023. On the decks, French producer and DJ Folamour, a leading figure of contemporary French house, delivers an exclusive set in a venue of spectacular acoustics and architecture. Known for his solar, soulful house — steeped in disco, funk and groovy samples — Folamour turns the Gothic building into a showcase for a performance at once danceable and moving. The capture, in the tradition of Cercle sets, marries the sumptuous staging of the location with the fluidity of a continuous mix where build-ups, breaks and melodic flights answer one another. Far from the club, this filmed concert highlights the art of narrative DJing and the infectious warmth of one of the most beloved French electronic artists of his generation. An ideal capture for discovering today’s French house in an extraordinary heritage setting.
