Herbie Hancock – Live at Jazz à Juan, 2003 (Full Concert HD)

Why this recording

Zycopolis Productions, which produced the film, published it itself in 2019, so the video comes straight from the crew that shot it, directed by Patrick Savey. The line-up is worth noting: no horns, but a conversation between two harmonic instruments, Herbie Hancock's piano and Bobby Hutcherson's vibraphone, carried by Scott Colley on double bass and Terri Lyne Carrington on drums. The film runs 58 minutes, a festival-length set.
