Why this recording

Seven weeks after "Killeagh" topped the Irish chart, and two months before the album Halcyon came out, the trio headlines in front of its Dublin crowd. Posted by the band in September 2025 with a link to that debut album, the video shows the original line-up in full: Eddie Keogh on vocals and guitar, Eoghan McGrath on banjo and mandolin, Eoin Fitzgibbon on guitar. Fitzgibbon stepped back from touring in June 2026, which makes this footage a marker in the band's story.

A filmed live concert by Kingfishr at Fairview Park in Dublin on 21 June 2025. The Irish folk trio, from Limerick, plays a headline show as part of its 2025 Irish tour, with Flyte opening. This roughly hundred-minute full concert unfolds a warm indie-folk repertoire, carried by vocal harmonies, banjo and acoustic guitar, the band’s hallmark. The setlist runs through I Cried, I Wept, Diamonds & Roses, Killeagh, Anyway and Caroline, with the live debut of Next to Me according to setlist.fm records. This live concert conveys the fervour of an Irish crowd devoted to a rising band, in a Dublin park turned into a large stage. The capture highlights the infectious energy and melodic sense that define Kingfishr. A reference complete live concert for fans of folk and Celtic indie-folk, this document illustrates the trio’s rise in 2025, on home ground, before their own.
