Live capture of Berlin DJ and producer Kobosil at the HIVE Festival, in the industrial setting of Ferropolis in Gräfenhainichen, Germany, at sunset on 20 June 2025. Titled Hard Sunset Rave, this filmed set showcases the radical aesthetic of the R-Label boss: fast, dark, martial techno saturated with cutting kicks and industrial pads, played before a packed crowd amid the former mining machines turned into a stage. A figure of Germany’s new techno guard, Kobosil made his name through abrasive productions and intense sets in European clubs and festivals. This live DJ set captured at golden hour restores the mounting tension of an open-air rave: relentless transitions, physical bass and a lighting dramaturgy tuned to the fading light. A representative document of 2020s festival techno, filmed in one of the most photogenic venues on the German electronic scene.
