Lil Texas — Boiler Room, Rotterdam, 2026

Live set filmed of Lil Texas for Boiler Room in Rotterdam, at the Maassilo, in 2026. A figure of the American extreme-techno scene, Lil Texas made his name by pushing the limits of tempo: hard techno, frenchcore and hardcore driven to very high speeds, in a radical and exhilarating rave aesthetic. True to its cult format, Boiler Room captures the artist in the middle of the crowd, camera level with the decks, for total immersion in the energy of the dancefloor. This live capture conveys the intensity of an uncompromising set, where saturated kicks and dizzying build-ups galvanise a crowd of seasoned clubbers. The full set video documents the vitality of a booming hard-techno scene, driven by physical performances and immediate communion with the audience. Worth discovering for the controlled brutality of the mix, the sonic power and the electric atmosphere of a filmed live concert emblematic of the most extreme electronic music of the 2020s, in one of the Netherlands’ temples of underground partying.
