Bamboy — Boiler Room, Mumbai, 2023

Live DJ set by Bamboy captured at Boiler Room x Ballantine’s True Music Studios in Mumbai, India, in 2023. True to Boiler Room’s emblematic format — a tight crowd around the decks, the camera in the heart of the audience — this capture immerses the viewer in the raw energy of an Indian club. The artist unspools a contemporary electronic set, between melodic textures, club bass and dancefloor-ready grooves, attesting to the vitality of an Indian electronic scene increasingly asserting itself on the global map. This filmed live concert illustrates the Boiler Room philosophy: to show the DJ’s craft and the immediate communion with the floor, without artifice. The close camera and the saturated atmosphere convey the near-physical experience of a club set. An ideal document for electronic music fans and anyone interested in the rise of emerging scenes, far from the usual Western circuits. Worth discovering for the authenticity and contagious energy of a gathering that has become a reference in club culture.
