Megadeth concert filmed at Hellfest Open Air 2026 in Clisson and broadcast by ARTE Concert. The American thrash metal band led by Dave Mustaine performs on 20 June 2026 on the festival’s mainstage, as part of the farewell tour announced to accompany the release, in January 2026, of their final studio album. The recording captures a live performance of around fifteen tracks drawn from across the discography, from ‘Hangar 18’ and ‘Sweating Bullets’ to ‘Tornado of Souls’, ‘Symphony of Destruction’, ‘Peace Sells’ and ‘Holy Wars… The Punishment Due’. On stage, Dave Mustaine (vocals, guitar) is joined by James LoMenzo on bass, Dirk Verbeuren on drums and Teemu Mäntysaari on lead guitar. This Megadeth concert at Hellfest 2026 stands among the highlights of the edition, at one of Europe’s largest metal festivals. The ARTE Concert capture documents a stop on the band’s farewell tour and a live set representative of Megadeth’s thrash repertoire in Clisson, France.
