Live DJ set by Carl Cox filmed at the We Belong Here festival in Brooklyn, New York. A historic figure of techno and house, Britain’s Carl Cox ranks among the most respected DJs on the planet, an emblematic former resident of Ibiza’s Space club and a pioneer of three-deck mixing. In this filmed set he lays out his mastery of groove: controlled build-ups, deep kicks and a sharp selection spanning tribal techno, house and the percussive grooves that made his name on dancefloors worldwide. His stage presence, infectious smile and sense of timing turn every transition into a shared moment. This capture conveys the energy of an open-air festival set and the aura of an artist who has embodied the unifying spirit of electronic music since the 1990s. An essential live concert for techno and house fans, documenting the craft of a mixing master still fully active and attuned to his crowd.
