Filmed live concert at the Parque Olímpico in Rio de Janeiro on September 9, 2022, during the Rock in Rio festival. Returning to Brazil twenty-five years after their first appearance, Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool electrify a crowd of roughly 120,000 with a set built for stadiums. The Californian punk-rock trio run through their anthems — “American Idiot,” “Holiday,” “Boulevard of Broken Dreams,” “21 Guns,” “Basket Case,” “Jesus of Suburbia” — and close the show on acoustic guitar with “Good Riddance (Time of Your Life).” Captured in 4K, this performance ranks among the highlights of the 2022 edition. A full live concert that shows why Green Day remains one of rock’s greatest live acts. Keywords: Green Day live, Rock in Rio 2022, punk rock, full concert, live performance.
