La Souris Déglinguée — Olympia, Paris, 2015

On May 9, 2015, La Souris Deglinguee (LSD) celebrated its thirty-fifth anniversary on the legendary stage of the Olympia in Paris. This full live concert, co-produced with ARTE, gathers the core of the French rock and punk band, Tai-Luc (vocals, guitar), Muzo (saxophone, backing vocals), Rikko (bass) and Cambouis (drums), for a marathon of more than two hours and some forty songs. The full concert travels across the band’s entire career, from historic repertoire (Sortie de garage, Kamikaze rock’n’roll, En Indochine, Bangkok) to newer tracks from the album Les toits du Palace (2014). True to its independent spirit and its wide-roaming themes, LSD delivers a tense, festive and generous set, with numerous guests on the undercard (Parabellum, Les Wampas, Warum Joe and more). A rare full-length capture of a pillar of the French alternative scene, this La Souris Deglinguee live concert at the Olympia in 2015 will appeal to fans of live rock, French punk and independent culture, documenting a band whose longevity is matched by an undimmed appetite for the stage.
