A filmed live set by Octave One at the 909 Festival, in the Amsterdamse Bos in Amsterdam, in 2026. An iconic Detroit duo formed by brothers Lawrence and Lenny Burden, Octave One is renowned for fully live performances, where percussion, pads and rhythms are built in real time on stage. True to the Detroit techno legacy, the duo delivers a deep, evolving set, between relentless groove and melodic detail. The capture conveys the precision of this live electronic performance and the connection with a surging dancefloor, at a festival that takes its name from the Roland TR-909 drum machine. An ideal document for understanding what sets a true techno live apart from a simple DJ set. Available in the livconcert catalogue, a reference for live electronic captures.
