Paramore — Austin City Limits, Austin, 2022

Live concert footage of Paramore at the Austin City Limits festival, in Austin’s Zilker Park (Texas), in 2022. The American band led by Hayley Williams makes a striking stage return here, just before the release of the album “This Is Why” — indeed it was during this festival run that the group brought its repertoire back to life in front of massive crowds. Moving between the pop-punk energy of its early days and the edgier pop-rock of its maturity, Paramore strings together its most unifying songs, carried by Hayley Williams’s voice and presence, Taylor York’s guitar and Zac Farro’s drums. This full concert capture documents a dense festival set built for a huge audience, where crowd interaction and live intensity take center stage. Austin City Limits, one of North America’s great gatherings, is the perfect setting for this performance. For fans of rock and pop-rock, this ACL 2022 live concert is a landmark: a cult band, a major festival and a complete capture of a set that sums up Paramore’s stage trajectory.
