Recorded on 26 May 2026 in the KEXP studio in Seattle, this live session features Strange Lot, a psychedelic rock band led by Dominic Mena. Across four songs — “All I Know”, “Always Alone”, “The Many Faces” and “Eyes For Ya” — the four-piece unfurls a hazy, reverb-soaked rock in which fuzzed-out guitars, synths and vocal harmonies build a dense, immersive atmosphere in the lineage of contemporary neo-psychedelia. The “Live on KEXP” series captures bands up close and unvarnished, and this filmed live performance highlights the group’s rhythm section and layered textures. Played entirely live in studio conditions, it offers a strong window into the North American independent rock scene and Strange Lot’s sound on stage. A full live performance worth watching in its entirety for fans of psych rock, guitar music and demanding live sessions, well beyond the band’s polished studio versions. Fans of neo-psychedelia, fuzz guitar and independent rock will find plenty to enjoy in this complete in-studio live set.
