Fally Ipupa — Stade de France, Saint-Denis, 2026

This full concert immortalises Fally Ipupa at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis on 2 and 3 May 2026, a historic event in which the Congolese artist became the first African singer to headline two consecutive concerts in this iconic stadium. The two dates drew more than 110,000 spectators, a record for a francophone African artist. A leading figure of Congolese rumba and contemporary Afro music, Fally Ipupa delivers a large-scale show blending rumba, ndombolo and urban sounds. This complete performance, filmed at the Stade de France, is marked by numerous collaborations with guest artists drawn from the African, French and international scenes. The live recording captures the culmination of a journey that began in Kinshasa and the breakthrough of Afro music into Europe’s biggest venues. A former member of Koffi Olomidé’s Quartier Latin International, Fally Ipupa stands here as a global ambassador of Congolese rumba, which is inscribed on UNESCO’s list of intangible cultural heritage. This full concert live at the Stade de France in 2026 will be remembered as one of the defining moments in the recent history of African music on the international stage.
