Playboi Carti — ComplexCon, 2026

Live footage of American rapper Playboi Carti headlining ComplexCon 2026 in Los Angeles, for the anniversary edition of the festival devoted to urban culture and streetwear. A major figure in his generation’s rap, Carti delivers a high-tension set driven by minimalist staging and an almost punk atmosphere. The performance is notably marked by a surprise appearance from Ye (Kanye West), who performs several tracks including Carnival and Off the Grid, as well as by the presence of his protégés Destroy Lonely and Ken Carson. Between vocal rage, distorted bass and mosh-pit energy, this concert illustrates the rage-rap aesthetic that has made Carti one of the most influential artists in contemporary hip-hop. For fans of live rap, hip-hop and event-concert captures, this Californian full set is a striking entry in the catalogue, raw and electric. A snapshot of the most current American rap scene, caught in the moment.
