Live concert film of Dub Inc at L’Olympia in Paris, recorded on 19 November 2014 during the Paradise Tour and released on the band’s official channel. Formed in Saint-Étienne, Dub Inc is one of the leading names of French reggae, known for its socially engaged lyrics and its blend of reggae, ragga and Kabyle influences. This full concert, captured in the legendary Paris venue, runs through twenty songs spanning the band’s whole discography: « Tout ce qu’ils veulent », « Monnaie », « Métissage », « Il faut qu’on ose », « Murderer », « Rude Boy » and « Sounds Good ». Driven by its two frontmen and a solid reggae rhythm section, the group turns L’Olympia into a genuine dancehall, alternating vocals in French, English and Tamazight. This live recording documents the climax of a tour of more than a hundred and forty dates and confirms Dub Inc’s status as one of the finest live bands of French world-music. An essential live concert film for fans of French reggae.
