On 10 July 2016, Earth, Wind & Fire set the Nile stage of the North Sea Jazz Festival ablaze at Rotterdam Ahoy, in the Netherlands. On stage, veteran Philip Bailey, a founding member, shares the vocals while Verdine White holds down the bass and the group lines up brass, keyboards, guitars and percussion in an irresistible groove. A few months after the death of Maurice White, founder and former leader, this filmed concert takes on the air of a vibrant tribute to a legacy that lastingly marked global pop and influenced artists such as Beyoncé, Prince and Alicia Keys.
