Legendary live capture of Pink Floyd at Earls Court, London, on 20 October 1994, released as P.U.L.S.E. This filmed concert documents the band’s final tour, in support of The Division Bell, and remains famous for its complete performance of The Dark Side of the Moon (1973) in the second half. Led by David Gilmour on vocals and guitar, with Nick Mason on drums and Richard Wright on keyboards, the ensemble is expanded by Guy Pratt, Jon Carin, Tim Renwick, saxophonist Dick Parry and a trio of backing vocalists. The first set runs through Shine On You Crazy Diamond, High Hopes and Sorrow before the nocturnal masterwork; the encore gathers Wish You Were Here, Comfortably Numb and Run Like Hell. A reference full concert, a peak of 1990s live rock, carried by its now-mythic lighting and projections. Year: 1994, venue: Earls Court, London, United Kingdom. Essential viewing among filmed live rock concerts.
