RÜFÜS DU SOL — Mixmag Lab, London, 2024

A filmed live DJ set by RÜFÜS DU SOL at the Mixmag Lab in London in 2024. An Australian trio that has become one of the world’s benchmarks for melodic electronic music, RÜFÜS DU SOL returns to Mixmag’s Lab studio, eight years after their magazine cover, for a set of deep textures spanning house, indie dance and deep melodic. The capture, shot in the immersive club format of the Mixmag Lab, highlights the flow of tracks, the lighting design and the direct bond with a close-up crowd. Ideal for appreciating the group’s electronic touch outside the usual concert setting, in a live session designed for video. A filmed set to find in the livconcert catalogue, dedicated to live captures and landmark DJ sets, from the Lab to the festival.
