The Offspring — Pinkpop Festival, Landgraaf, 2001

A full live concert by The Offspring at the Dutch Pinkpop festival in Landgraaf, 2001 — the Californian band’s first-ever appearance on that legendary stage, released in high definition by the festival’s official archive. Riding the worldwide success of Americana (1998) and Conspiracy of One (2000), Dexter Holland and Noodles deliver a set of melodic punk rock built for big crowds, stacking fast riffs, anthemic choruses and infectious energy. Standard-bearers of the Californian punk revival alongside Green Day, NOFX and Bad Religion, The Offspring confirm their festival-headliner status at the turn of the 2000s. This filmed live performance captures a won-over European audience and a band at the peak of its popularity. An essential full concert for fans of punk rock and skate punk, and a valuable document of a group that has sold tens of millions of albums worldwide. Filmed live concert, festival, 2000s rock.
