Vitalic — Cercle, Rotonde Stalingrad, 2017

A live set filmed by Cercle in 2017 at the Rotonde Stalingrad, a Parisian neoclassical monument, this capture presents Vitalic, one of the most acclaimed French electronic producers since the early 2000s. Unlike a simple DJ set, Pascal Arbez-Nicolas performs a live show built from his own tracks — Ooey, No Fun, Levitation, Poison Lips, La Rock 01, My Friend Dario… — in a reworked, energetic stage version. Here is his melodic, hard-hitting techno, between saturated synth riffs, euphoric melodies and powerful rhythms, heir to the French touch and electronic rock. Cercle’s direction plays with the venue’s circular architecture and lighting to magnify this electro concert.
