Tool — Lollapalooza Chile, 2025

Multi-camera live capture of Tool at Lollapalooza Chile 2025 in Santiago, edited in 4K HDR from several audience sources. An absolute reference of progressive metal, the Californian band led by Maynard James Keenan delivers a sprawling set of about one hour forty-five, true to its reputation for rhythmic rigor and hypnotic atmospheres. The concert strings together landmark pieces from the discography — « Jambi », « Stinkfist », « Fear Inoculum », « Pneuma », « Schism », « Ænima », « Vicarious » — driven by Justin Chancellor’s bass, Danny Carey’s polyrhythmic drumming and Adam Jones’s guitars. Before a South American crowd known for its fervor, Tool offers the immersive experience that defines its concerts, between odd meters and slow-building tension. This filmed full concert documents the band’s Latin American stop during its 2025 tour. A valuable document for fans of progressive metal and demanding stage performance, to be enjoyed for the density of the repertoire and the precision of the execution.
